Project Information

Great Rivers Greenway is planning a trail to follow a portion of the METRO Right-of-Way along I-170 from Shaw Park in Clayton north to Greensfelder Park in University City. The proposed length is 2.59 miles.The trail is being designed to co-exist with any light rail connection METRO may build in the future.

Status:
A preliminary plan is complete. GRG is pursuing a partnership agreement with METRO for the development of the trail. Detailed plans will be completed in 2008 with construction planned for 2009.
