Project Information Great Rivers Greenway provided funding to develop a trail from the City of Florissant’s Sunset Park to Old Town Florissant. The trail connects the St. Ferdinand Shrine area to Sunset Park and the Missouri River Greenway. Status: The Phase I trail, extending 2.5 miles from Sunset Park to St. Ferdinand Park, has been completed. A half-mile extension south into Old Town Florissant also has been completed. Construction is now underway on more than a mile of trail along the Missouri River within Sunset Park and the greenway district riverfront property to the southwest. Partner(s): City of Florissant
