Hike It or Bike It at Barat Haven

Description: Families and beginners can Hike or Bike Barat Haven Park developed by the Great Rivers Greenway District along the Dardenne Creek in St. Charles. The trail winds through the Barat Haven Subdivision and links to Barat Academy and circles around a 15 acre lake.

Ride the Rivers Century

Description: Pre-registration is recommended for the Century Ride that includes some of the areas "greatest hits" - our majestic Great Rivers, two major universities, three parks, two ferry crossings, historic Route 66, five trails and the Gateway Arch. Return to Trailhead Brewing Co. for brews and food.

River des Peres Extension Ribbon-Cutting

Description: The 1-mile extension of the River des Peres Greenway trail will officially open Wednesday, October, 14, 2008 at 10:00 with a ribbon-cutting.

Location: The ribbon-cutting will take place in the new parking lot just west of Eugene along Germania Ave.
